BLACKPINK’s Rosé, Jennie and Brave Girls’ Yujeong, Yuna top individual brand rankings

Members of BLACKPINK and Brave Girls became the most talked about K-pop girl group members for the month of March.

The Korea Corporate Research Institute released the new brand reputation rankings of the top 100 girl group members. It analyzed 120.69 million pieces of brand big data of 545 girl group members from Feb. 21 to March 21, an increase of 5.43 percent compared to 114.48 million pieces of big data in February.

The girl group members were ranked based on the total scores they got from consumer participation, media, communication and community indices.

BLACKPINK’s Rosé placed first in the brand reputation index for March with a total score of 6.43 million, an increase of 100.3 percent compared to her second-place score of 3.21 million in February.

BLACKPINK’s Jenny dropped to second place in March from first place in February. She scored 5.18 million, an increase of 18.31 percent from 4.38 million last month.

Members of trending group Brave Girls entered the rankings for the first time and they already placed in the top 10.

Brave Girls’ Yujeong grabbed third place with a score of 4.68 million followed by Brave Girls’ Yuna in fourth place with a score of 4.24 million.

Oh My Girl’s Arin placed fifth with a score of 3.52 million followed by Brave Girls’ Eunji (sixth place), 3.46 million; Mamamoo’s Hwasa (seventh place), 3.37 million; Loona’s Chuu (eight), 3.27 million; Brave Girls’ Minyoung (ninth), 3.16 million; and BLACKPINK’s Jisoo (10th), 2.4 million.

In the girl group brand reputation index for March, BLACKPINK placed first followed by Brave Girls and IZ*ONE.
