Heading, who played for US NCAA Division 1 school California Baptist University, was selected No. 1 overall by Terrafirma. NorthPort took Navarro at No. 2, Rangel went to NLEX at third, while TNT picked Tungcab at fourth.

The other players are Justine Baltazar, Carl Tamayo, Rj Abarientos, Dwight Ramos, LeBron Lopez, Dave Ildefonso, Troy Mallillin, Josh Lazaro, Jason Credo, Chris Koon, Kyle Ong, Geo Chui, Sj Belangel, Gian Mamuyac and naturalized prospect Angelo Kouame.

With them are members of the coaching staff led by Gilas Pilipinas project director for men’s team Tab Badlwin.

The other coaches are Jong Uichico, Caloy Garcia, Alton Lister, Boyet Fernandez, Sandy Arespachochaga, Gabby Severino and Sandro Soriano.

The national team took a two-week break from training after their initial bubble training camp at the same facility.

Gilas Pilipinas is preparing for two events this year, including the FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers third window here in June, and the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Belgrade this July.

The main tournament, however, for Gilas Pilipinas is the 2023 FIBA World Cup, which the country will co-host with Japan and Indonesia.
