Golden Haven Las Pinas reported a 2,000 percent increase in value of its memorial lots since its inception in 1984 following massive projects within the Villar-owned Vista City Global South.
Red J. Rosales, chief operating officer of Golden Haven Memorial Park, said that since its operation more than two decades ago, Golden Haven Las Pinas has been at the forefront of conversation for prime investments.
“What started as a humble price tag of 5,000 pesos, Golden Haven Las Pinas memorial lots are now valued at almost 400,000 pesos, a more than 2000 percent increase in value,” said Rosales in a statement.
