Mikael Daez weighs in on positive side of pandemic

Actor Mikael Daez might just provide the positive outlook that one truly needs during this pandemic.

The Kapuso star explained how it's actually possible to go places during the pandemic, but with the right preparation, as he explained. "Travel is possible, we're (Him and Megan Young) just showing that travel is possible but at the same time, they have to follow the safety guidelines of LGUs so we're being an example na rin para sa kanila. Ang dali na lang mag-plan kasi chunk by chunk na lang siya."

Asked about the lock-in taping experience, Mikael jokingly said: "Everybody brought their 'A-Game' from the cast to the production, previously I was asked about this and still, what I'm really most proud of is the camaraderie and chemistry that shines through our work."

He added: "Kung pwede nga lang ilagay ko sa contract ko na 'lock-in taping' na lang kaysa dating set up gagawin ko eh."

"We were able to adjust sa mga nangyari, normally what I've done on "Love of My Life," would take me about 6 months, but now we've done it in four weeks," Mikael explained.

The "Love of My Life" actor was also asked about his and MegaN's decision to buy a place in Subic, in which he replied, "Ang buhay probinsya is something na hindi pa namin nararanasan — we're fixing it up pa eh, we've got a really old house there, but we are happy that we'll be able to renovate it and call it our own. I like it, enjoy siya, it's a very different lifestyle, but work is here in Manila so expect to see us more here," he said.
