Around P680,000 worth of suspected shabu were seized from three alleged drug personalities in a buy-bust operation along Recto Avenue in Manila past midnight on Thursday (March 4).
Police identified the suspects as Aldrin Florano, 21, resident of Makati City; Jerricho Osorio, 33; and Eloisa Reyes, 48; both residents of Caloocan City
Elements of the Sta. Cruz Police Station led the sting at around 2 a.m.
Investigation showed that a poseur buyer bought a sachet of suspected shabu worth P500 from the suspects, leading to their arrest.
A total of 13 sachets of suspected shabu weighing 100 grams and with an estimated value of P680,000 were retrieved from the suspects.
Also recovered were a black Yamaha NMAX motorcycle and the P500 marked money.
The suspects are now under police custody and will be facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
