Taylor Swift blasts Netflix show for 'sexist' remark

Taylor Swift is not amused with the Netflix dramedy series “Ginny & Georgia” making fun of her dating life in an episode.

Posting a screenshot of the scene where a character uttered the lines, "You go through men faster than Taylor Swift," the singer-songwriter tweeted, “Hey Ginny & Georgia, 2010 called and it wants its lazy, deeply sexist joke back.”

“How about we stop degrading hard working women by defining this horse s**t as FuNnY,” she added.

In the same tweet, Swift also admonished Netflix, mentioning her "Miss Americana" documentary, which it also streamed.

“After 'Miss Americana,' this outfit doesn’t look cute on you (heartbreak emoji)," she wrote, tagging Netflix.

"Happy Women’s History Month I guess,” Swift added.

As of this writing, Swift's tweet has reached 582,500 likes and 211,700 retweets.

It also caused a huge uproar among her fans who made the #respecttaylorswift trend online.
