NBI-NCR Director Cesar A. Bacani on Friday, Feb. 26, said the investigation is in compliance with the directive of Justice Secretary Menardo I. Guevarra.  He said he has started naming the members of the probe team.

Immediately after the incident, the PNP and PDEA created a board of inquiry.

The PNP said it has in its custody 10 policemen and seven PDEA agents who were involved in the incident.
