Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Assistant Secretary Celine Pialago wanted to look her best during Thursday's (Feb. 25) holiday celebration.
In a Facebook post, the Miss Earth contestant-turned-MMDA spokesperson bared her "woke up like this” look courtesy of her good pal Rhida Canales.
The post garnered over 12,000 likes and heart reactions in less than an hour--a strong indication of just how well the 28-year-old Pialago's nude makeup and eyelash-do worked out.
Rather tongue-in-cheek, she insinuated that she watched over EDSA the entire day during the 35th anniversary of the People Power Revolution.
"Matapos ang mahabang araw ng pagbabantay sa EDSA kape muna.
