READ: Moms brought home wrong babies, confirmed

Netizens have been following the case of the two new sets of parents who have allegedly brought home the wrong newborn baby.

In the latest episode of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, both couples Marvin and Aphril Sifiata, and Kim and Margaret Mulleno reported that they had doubts about the baby they brought home. Both fathers underwent DNA tests two weeks ago to find out if their hunch was right. And true enough, the results came out and was shared in the show.

Both parents received a DNA report that it's not a match. This means that the baby they have with them now is not theirs. It is also indicated in the report that "probability of maternity is 0%."

Chief executive officer of the DNA facility Jaime Lazatin told Jessica Soho that the DNA tests are "absolute and 100 percent accurate." But the question still remains, is this an isolated case? Are there only two babies involved in the switch?

The couple have agreed to go through another round of DNA tests to check if their babies were indeed switched so they can go on with their lives. The results will take another week.

One of the fathers, Kim, hopes that no other families are involved.
