According to the Bulacan Medical Center (BMC) and Provincial Health Office-Public Health, more than 20 participants hired as contact tracers by the Department of the Interior and Local Government of DILG participated in the exercise.

Bulacan’s vaccination process involves six steps: Step 1 - for waiting area; Step 2 - registration area; Step 3 - counseling area; Step 4 - screening area; Step 5 - vaccination area; and Step 6 - observation area.

After presenting their ID for vaccination, they were given a vaccination card and consent form while vaccination was done in just one to two minutes per person.

Flyers were distributed and an audiovisual presentation was also shown for additional information on COVID-19 vaccination.

Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando advised those who will be vaccinated to arrive promptly on the scheduled date and time, and to follow the steps.

“Kayo po ay aking kinukumbinsi na magpabakuna dahil ang pandemyang ito ay kumitil na ng maraming buhay sa mundo at malaki ang epekto sa pagbagsak ng ekonomiya ng bansa”. (I am convincing you to get vaccinated because this pandemic has already claimed many lives around the world and this has a big impact on the collapse of the country's economy.),” said Fernando, adding that the arrival of the vaccines will be a big help to curb the transmission of the virus.

The first group to be vaccinated under the plan will be healthcare workers and frontliners from the Bulacan Medical Center.
