John Estrada on lock-in tapings: 'Masyadong mahaba'

As one of the well-rounded artists who are still doing projects amid the pandemic, John Estrada shared his perspective when it comes to lock-in tapings.

In an online interview for GMA's "Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat," John explained: "Alam mo (Neil) 'nung una masaya pa eh, first week, two weeks, we had our day-offs pa, nakakapag-bond pa kami but when we got to the 3rd week, then fourth week — dun na nagsimula…"

John went on to share that the one-month long lock-in taping really took a toll on his mental-health due to his own concerns and her co-stars: Tanya Garcia and Carmina Villaroel's need for comfort being away from their families.

"Masyadong mahaba, kaya ako (suggestion lang) if ever man na meron 'pang susunod na projects, I would love to do it in just 14-16 days," he added.

Despite this, John is still very grateful for GMA, his role and the opportunity to work with the stellar cast of the original series "Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat."

Catch more of John, Carmina, Tanya, and more of the star-studded cast on the world premiere of "Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat" beginning Feb. 22, weekdays, on GMA Network.
