Heart Evangelista on the hardest role she ever took on

Heart Evangelista considers her role in the 2007's TV series "Hiram na Mukha" as the hardest she ever did.

In fact, she would go on to attest that she never enjoyed it at all.

Heart shared that her biggest problem about it was the prosthetics she had to put on.

it reached the point that she actually called her manager to take the burden off her.

"Because I have to keep the prosthetics until 3 a.m. the next day and the hole of my nose is on top," she explained.

Heart admitted she accepted the project mainly for money.

It was the time that she tried living on her own for the first time.

"I have to start from scratch. So, change of lifestyle din ako from my mom to 'simplicity is beauty,'" she said. "I had to do this because I had no money that time."

She described that episode in her life as "super torture."

Heart intimated that her minder, whom she identified simply as Ate Resty, treated her to a Japanese restaurant at some point because she didn't have enough money to buy herself a decent meal.

"30 pesos lang laman ng ATM ko," said she.

"Even worse because my mom really wanted me to suffer so I go back to her."
