Kris Aquino to bid Manila goodbye

Kris Aquino

Days before she turns 50, Kris Aquino announced that she and her children will be leaving Manila and relocate to a beachfront house in a province as her birthday gift for herself.

On Instagram, Kris said that they will be renting the place for the next six months.

"Yes, sa probinsya kami titira... lalayo muna kami sa NCR," she said.

Kris said that she would visit Central Luzon every six weeks to check her eldest son, Josh, whom she said has found his "true happiness" in Tarlac.

She said that they no longer reside in Greenmeadows and has been in a service residence at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City for seven months now.

"I am taking my time in residing where my sons and I feel most comfortable. The new Skyway extensions have greatly increased our options. Pinili kong lumayo muna sa city living dahil habang may pandemic, kailangan mas lalo ko pag-ingatan ang kalusugan ko because as you saw in this video I am the only parent the 13-year-old beside me has," Kris shared.

The Queen of Multimedia said her sons will always remain the greatest priorities of her life but then she can only give them her love and their much-needed sense of security. "I'll do everything I can to protect my health especially we all know my immunity is compromised because of my autoimmune condition."
