EPD nabs 2 suspects wanted for acts of lasciviousness in Pasig


Two men, one of whom included in the list of most wanted persons, were arrested by the police Wednesday. 

According to the report of District Intelligence Unit Officer in Charge PLTCOL. Reggie Lacsamana to Eastern Police District (EPD) Director PBGEN. Matthew Baccay, the two suspects were identified as Francisco De Leon, a 63-year-old businessman tagged as most wanted person, and Robert Rico, 27.

The arrest warrants of the two men were issued by Judge Carmencita Lacandazo Logan of Family Br. 12 in Pasig City for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness.

De Leon was nabbed by joint elements of the Eastern Police District Intelligence Unit and Special Operations Unit in Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig.

Rico, on the other hand, was arrested by operatives of District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB) under PLTCOL Wilson Delos Santos in the same area.

The police said that prior to their arrest, several surveillance operations were done to verify the location of the suspects.

De Leon and Rico were turned over to the Pasig City Police Station Detention cell while waiting for the commitment order from the issuing court.
