Manila PIO warns: 'Krusty Krab cook' makes fake OSSAM FB account

The Manila Public Information Office (MPIO) on Tuesday night warned the public against a fake Ospital ng Sampaloc Facebook account.

The said account copied the profile and cover photos of the hospital's official account that shows its seal.

It also copied some of Ospital ng Sampaloc's social media posts regarding health advisories and some of the city government's programs.

However, the fake account's "About" information states that it works as a "Cook at the Krusty Krab," a restaurant from the animated show Spongebob Squarepants.

The owner of the account is also a resident of Palompon, Leyte, according to its "About" information.

The MPIO urged the public to report the fake account for it to be taken down.

The fake Ospital ng Sampaloc account is still up on Facebook as of this writing.
