After seven months, the pre-pageant activities of the 2020 Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant will resume with the virtual launch of the Bb Pilipinas 2020 national photo exhibit on Friday, Jan. 22, 4 p.m.
The event will be hosted by Binibining Pilipinas International 2019 Patch Magtanong, she will be joined by Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental 2019 and Best in National Costume Emma Mary Tiglao, Rappler's veteran entertainment and pageant writer, Voltaire Tayag and Sashes and Script's Editor Jesson Capuchino.
"Join us as we'll officially resume the Binibining Pilipinas 2020," the invitation from the Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. read.
The photos will be exhibited at the Gateway Mall Activity Area on Jan. 22-31 and Upper Ground Mall of Ali Mall on Feb. 1-14.
The Bb. Pilipinas 2020 pageant has been postponed indefinitely due to the pandemic. Organizers have yet to announce the date for the grand coronation of the country's most prestigious beauty contest.
