The streaming giant will launch "The Crime Scene: The Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel" on February 10.

The four-part series will take a deep dive into the case of Lam, a 21-year-old Canadian student at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver who traveled to Los Angeles alone and checked into the Cecil Hotel before disappearing.

After the guests started complaining of low pressure and black water, her body was discovered in one of the hotel's water tanks on February 19, 2013.

Security camera footage of Lam moments prior to her disappearance saw her behaving strangely inside the elevator; the footage went viral on social media, while the case still remains a mystery.

The series comes from executive producer and director Joe Berlinger of Netflix's "Conversation with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes."
