Members of Team Lakay were immortalized through the finished product of its very own artist and fighter Harold Banario.

Banario put the final touches on his latest masterpiece at the Baguio Athletic Bowl last Wednesday, featuring the champions of Benguet's famed mixed martial arts stable.

"It was my first time putting my painting technique outdoors and painting this large but I'm happy for the outcome," wrote Bario in a Facebook post. "I hope for more larger projects and continue to improve on painting outdoors-street art."

In a separate post, Harold, the younger brother of former featherweight champion Honorio, struck a pose with Team Lakay's signature sidekick.

The 9x24 ft. mural paid homage to Team Lakay founder and head coach Mark Sangiao, former ONE champions Eduard Folayang, Kevin Belingon, Geje Eustaquio and Honorio, and reigning strawweight king Joshua Pacio.

Bantamweight bet Stephen Loman, the longest-reigning champion in BRAVE Fighting Championship, and former PXC bantamweight titleholder Crisanto Pitpitunge were also highlighted in the mural.

Sangiao earlier said the artwork serves as inspiration for the younger generation of athletes who want to follow in the footsteps of their respective sports idols.
