In accordance with Republic Act 11229 or "Child Safety in Motor Vehicles Act," an act that mandates the installation of CRS in all motor vehicles with children on board, the installation of these child restraint seats in all motor vehicles with children on board is a must.

Sharing the same advocacy, Atty. Natasha Daphne Marcelo, the ImagineLaw Project Director, handed over 18 sets of three CRS equipment to the LTO represented by Atty. Clarence V. Guinto, the acting Law Enforcement Service (LES) director.

The equipment will be used as training models for LTO enforcers to familiarize themselves on how to install the CRS.

With the installation of CRS in motor vehicles, it will greatly help lessen the number of fatalities involving children in cases of road crash incidents.
