China Banking Corporation (China Bank) is extending the waiver of InstaPay and PesoNet fees until March 31, 2021 while its branches will continue to serve the public during the holidays.
In a statement, the bank said transferring funds to other bank accounts remains free for another three months as China Bank continues to make banking easier and lighter in these challenging times.
Customers can safely bank from home this busy holiday season via China Bank Mobile App, China Bank Online, and China Bank Tellerphoneavailable 24/7, 365 days a year.
For transactions that require a branch visit, select China Bank branches, mostly those located in malls, will be open on shortened banking hours on the declared national holidays: Rizal Day, December 30 and New Year’s Eve, December 31.
For China Bank mall branches with Saturday banking schedule, it’s business as usual on December 26, 2020 and January 2, 2021.
For transactions that do not require a branch visit, clients can bank safely and conveniently through 1,021 China Bank and China Bank Savings ATMs nationwide. or from home through China Bank Online, China Bank Mobile App, and China Bank Tellerphone.
Amid the pandemic and community quarantines, China Bank said it is committed to providing the needed banking services while ensuring the safety and well-being of its employees and customers. “Health and safety standards are strictly observed at all China Bank branches and offices,” the bank said.
