DAGUPAN CITY, Pangasinan -- A sales manager of a beverage company in Calasiao, Pangasinan died of multiple gunshot wounds in Sitio America St., Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City.
Lt Col. Luis Ventrura , Dagupan City Chief of Police, in a report to Police Regional Office 1( PRO1 ) Director Brig. Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr., said that victim, identified as Roy Fabia, 42, had just parked his vehicle at around 1:35 p.m. on Wednesday when the two unidentified male suspects alighted from a black SUV and peppered him with bullets, hitting mostly the upper part of his body.
The victim was brought to Region 1 Medical Center in Dagupan City but was declared dead on arrival.
Around 19 empty shells of caliber 45 and three empty cartridges of an M-16 armalite rifle were recovered at the crime scene.
Police said the motive for the killing could be work related.
