UAAP donates relief goods to 390 families

The UAAP continues to give back to people in need with its latest program benefitting 390 families.

Instead of holding a virtual Christmas party, the league’s Board of Managing Directors decided to donate more than P200,000 worth of relief goods to families in Payatas, Bagong Silangan and Montalban.

Adamson University athletes led the packing of the relief goods.

The UAAP has been one of the leagues deeply affected by the pandemic with the cancellation of the Season 82 second semester schedule early this year, as well as the rest of Season 83.

The league hopes the country’s health situation would improve in the coming months as they target to open Season 84 in September 2021.
