Former actor Mark Joseph succumbs to skin cancer at 63

Known mostly for appearing in numerous sex flicks in the 80s, former actor Mark Joseph is considered a legend in his field.

Real name Ricardo Sarsuelo, the 63-year-old succumbed to skin cancer on Dec. 21.

The sad news was relayed to media by his widow, Miriam Sarsuelo.

Mark Joseph

Born in Bantayan Island, Cebu, Aug. 4, 1957, Mark Joseph rose to fame in the 80s.

Some of the films he did include “Silip (1985),” “Hubo Sa Dilim (1985),” “Bold Star (1986),” “Halik Sa Pisngi Ng Langit (1986),” and “Materyales Fuertes (1986).”

His proudest moment is being paired with Vilma Santos in “Tagos Ng Dugo” in 1987.

Following his heyday in films, Mark Joseph established a career as chiropractor.
