Two more Philippine-inspired Jordan sneakers are set for release on Dec. 23 following the official launch of the Air Jordan XXIII and XXXV “Titan” colorway.

Photos that surfaced online Saturday showed PBA star CJ Perez sporting both shoes which was made after a collaboration between the Jordan Brand and local retailer Titan.

Nike said on its website that the XXIII is a homage to the store’s limited release of the “Titanium” colorway of the same shoe back in 2008 while the XXXV is the same version of the latest edition of the iconic brand.

“The Air Jordan XXIII, a landmark silhouette for the Philippines after the 2008 Titanium release, features lightning-boltesque stitching on the upper. The Titan lightning bolt logo appears on the tongue and the sockliner,” Nike said on its website.

“The Air Jordan XXXV brings a similar color scheme, rooted in a black heel counter and crossing into red webbing above the Eclipse Plate 2.0. The lighting bolt logo is subtly printed throughout the silhouette,” Nike added.

Both the XX3 and XXXV will be made available first in the Philippines, with global releases set Dec. 29 and Jan. 23 (North America).

The introduction of the two Titan Jordans came on the heels of the much-talked Jordan 4 Manila colorway shoes which only had 150 pairs available.

It may not end up as hyped as the Jordan Manila shoes, but sneakerheads are expected to make strong efforts to cop either the XXIII, XXXV or both.
