Bulloch first donned the iconic Mandalorian helmet and armor of Bobba Fett in the second Star Wars film, The Empire Strikes Back, in 1980. He reprised the role in 1983 in Return of the Jedi. Bulloch appeared again Revenge of the Sith (2005) but as a pilot who ferried Obi-Wan Kenobi, Bail Organa, and Yoda to Alderaan.

As the OG Bobba Fett, Bulloch’s face was never seen on screen—because keeping that beskar helmet on “was the way,” until it wasn’t anymore.

Bulloch also appeared in a number of other films, including several James Bond movies.

According to his personal website, Bulloch passed away at Tooting’s St. George’s Hospital in London, from “severe health complications” and after a long bout with Parkinson’s disease.
