Virtual Manila International Auto Show goes live next week

Expos and conventions may have been put on hold this year, but that doesn’t mean one of the country’s top auto shows can’t continue virtually.

Through the years, attendance at MIAS has become an annual tradition, especially for car afficionados, photographers and even families.

The 2020 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), originally scheduled for April this year, will still push through in the digital realm through its first ever digital event, MIAS Wired. This allows that annual tradition to continue, giving car buyers a glimpse of the countries newest cars, and even those coming soon.

In tune with current safety protocols, Philippine World Building and Construction Exposition (WORLDBEX), the organizers, have opted to make it a virtual event for exhibitors and participants’ safety.

Scheduled from December 16 to 20, MIAS Wired is an online version of the annual auto show. Like in past years, it will feature the latest car models, serving as a showcase of the current innovations and trends of the industry. Attendees will be able to visit interactive and digital showrooms from different automakers to see new cars and have any queries answered. Besides the virtual showrooms, there will also be activities designed for car enthusiasts.

MIAS Wired will have the Phoenix Pulse Formula V1 Virtual Cup, Formula V1 Fantasy League, Tuason Racing School Road Safety Academy, Classic and Custom Car Competition and other virtual booths.

Best of all, these can all be experienced from the comfort of your home via mobile and all for free. Those interested in attending MIAS Wired can visit this site to register.
