A man died while six others were injured when a car accidentally hit them in Divisoria Friday morning (December 11).
Police identified the victims as Jerry Del Rosario, 41; Adriano Limse, 38; Ryan Boy Caranzo, 39; and Jonathan Ratin, 40.
Three other victims, including the fatality, have yet to be identified.
Investigation showed that a certain Armando Pitas, 55, was driving a car along C.M. Recto Avenue from Sto. Cristo to Ylaya Streets in Binondo, Manila at around 7:30 a.m.
He reportedly lost control of the vehicle that suddenly accelerated, leading to the accident.
The incident is under investigation.
