A vintage bomb was unearthed at a construction site in Sta. Cruz, Manila on Tuesday evening.
Investigation showed that a construction company was digging up a site along Laon Laan Street corner Mendoza Street in Manila when they saw the elongated metal object.
It turned out to be a corroded 155mm artillery projectile and is believed to be a vintage bomb.
The bomb was turned over to the Manila Police District Explosive and Canine Unit for safekeeping.
Investigation is ongoing.
