Typhoon Ulysses’ strong howling winds, non-stop rainfall, and loss of electricity has kept most families up last night, but Barangay Boclod in Camarines Sur 1 is one of the hardest hits.
Its mayor Dr. Marco P. Chavez posted a Facebook album of very powerful photos that shows how destructive and harrowing this latest typhoon is. The city’s rescue team, dressed in fluorescent orange, is photographed helping a family get to safety. An unidentified man is also seen carrying a child out of the rain.
The last few shots show the family being escorted into a vehicle.
