2 dealers busted, P6.8-million shabu seized in Zamboanga City


ZAMBOANGA CITY – Police operatives arrested  two suspected drug dealers, and confiscated from them about a kilo of shabu with an estimated market value of P6.8 million.

Police Regional Office for Zamboanga Peninsula (PRO-9) Director Police Brig. Gen. Jesus D. Cambay Jr. said policemen from the Ayala Police Station, led by P/Capt. Orlyn P. Leyte, arrested Dheemson Sahisa Ingkil, alias Dhems, 26; and Nhidzmar Jajalis Bensali, alias Nhidz, 23. Both were residents of Barangay Cabaluay, a coastal village in the east district of the city.

The suspects were nabbed in a buy-bust operation that was conducted in Zone 3, Barangay  Cabaluay, at about 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3.

Recovered from them were a plastic pack of shabu weighing more or less one kilogram, and with an estimated market value of P6.8 million.

The suspects were taken to the Ayala police station where they are awaiting the filing of proper charges against them in court.
