Remulla suspends online class submissions in Cavite


Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla on Sunday suspended online classes submissions on Nov. 2, Monday due to typhoon Rolly.

"Bagamat holiday ay walang pasok in all levels sa Cavite bukas. Ito ay para sa mga may kailangan i-submit ngunit walang electricity at WiFi (No classes tomorrow because it's a holiday, but the suspension is for students who need to submit requirement online but no electricity and WiFI)," Remulla wrote on Facebook.

"Marami pong walang kuryente ngayon ngunit ayon sa Meralco ay mamadaliin nilang maibalik ito. (Many do not have electricity now but according to Meralco, they are rushing to restore the electricity)," he added.

The local government unit declared the province under a state of calamity on Sunday due to the impact of typhoon Rolly.
