Female employee is House's 87th COVID-19 case


A female employee of the Cashiering Service of the House of Representatives is the 87th in the chamber to test positive for COVID 19.
 
Director Dick Dizon, chief of the House Medical-Dental Service, said the infected employee is 58 years old and resides in Cainta, Rizal.
 
She reported for work on October 12, 13, 19 and 20.  On October 21, she experienced fever and body malaise.
 
Results of her RT-PCR test were released on October 30.
 
She is currently still symptomatic but is undergoing home quarantine. 
 
The House employee has been advised to coordinate with the Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) in her place.  She is reportedly suffering from persistent coughing.
