Chris Ross isn't just a smart playmaker, a pesky defender and a resilient senior for San Miguel Beer.

At times, he can also be a natural comedian.

After San Miguel clinched an 89-82 win against the Meralco Bolts in Wednesday’s lone game of the PBA Philippine Cup at the Angeles University Foundation Sports and Cultural Center, Ross showed off his comical side by wearing a face mask that resembles the facial features of the man of the hour Mo Tautuaa.

"Hey, what's up guys! This Mo Tautuaa here. Just wanna say, thanks for the support," Ross said on Instagram Story, impersonating the San Miguel big man.

"I got the Best Player of the Game but... I love you guys, okay? Peace out!" added Ross, who scored 12 points, including a dagger left elbow trey with 19 seconds left, to go with five steals, four rebounds and two assists.

Tautuaa also reposted a photo of them with the caption: Twinsies!

The defending Philippine Cup champions needed to exhaust all their players in the PBA bubble sans June Mar Fajardo (shin) and Terrence Romeo (shoulder) due to injuries.

Tautuaa is the next big man assigned to take the reins of Fajardo, who is still recovering from a shin injury he suffered during practice last February.

The American born Fil-Tongan center did not disappoint as he posted 23 points, five rebounds, two assists and a steal to help SMB get its third straight win for a 4-2 record in the PBA bubble in Clark, Pampanga.

Nothing beats a good laugh after a win as the Beermen are in a three-way tie at third seed with the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel Kings and the Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters as of this writing.
