"It's Showtime" host Kim Chiu accidentally mentioned Julia Barretto's name while scrolling through Gerald Anderson's feed on Instagram.
While hosting a segment of the show called "Mas Testing," the Chinita Princess was asked by co-hosts Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro and Jhong Hilario to do a FUNishment.
Vice Ganda said: "Eto ang huling consequence mo. Sa iyong Instagram account, mag like ng limang posts, specifically yung post mula 20 hanggang 24."
"Picture ko?" Kim asked.
"No. Pumunta ka sa account ni Gerald Anderson."
Reluctant, Kim looked at the camera and mentioned her boyfriend Xian Lim and told him that it's just a game.
Checking Gerald's posts, Kim cracked an awkward joke that left the hosts speechless for a while.
"Hay naku; tapos pagbukas mo rito andito si Julia Barretto… ay bawal ba?" Kim said.
In defending Kim, Vice Ganda reacted:"Wala naman siyang sinabing masama."
Gerald and Kim were real-life sweethearts until they broke up in 2010. Gerald is now in a relationship with Julia.
