June Mar Fajardo is taking his sweet time off the PBA by spending more screen time, literally.
Aside from being a six-time MVP in the league and the center for the San Miguel Beermen, Fajardo is known for his love of online games -- particularly the game of DOTA.
The 30-year-old Fajardo has given updates on his shin injury through his gaming channel AHOS gaming on YouTube, posting two videos of shootaround sessions weeks ago as part of his road to recovery.
In the latest video Thursday though, Fajardo treated his fans with a quick tour on how he built his own gaming hub in their home in Cebu.
In a lengthy vlog that spans more than an hour, the Cebuano center documented the entire process of setting up his gaming room, from unboxing computer parts to putting the tiniest screws on his system unit with the help of a few men.
The 6-foot-10 Fajardo, sporting a black San Miguel sleeveless shirt, also assembled his own gaming chair clad in black and yellow.
A San Miguel sticker and the label "AHOS gaming" are also imprinted on his personalized system unit. All of the high-end PC specs are also listed on his video titled 'Finally!! My Gaming Room is complete! | Unboxing my PC Set-up!'
At the end of the video, Fajardo flexed his gaming area with a total of three screens -- two monitors at the desk and a giant screen mounted on the wall -- while neon purple lights illuminate the whole room.
Nope, it's not the headquarters of the Avengers. It's the base of AHOS gaming.
Despite his PBA hiatus, Fajardo continues to root for his teammates in their Philippine Cup campaign as part of the virtual audience.
