BIÑAN CITY, Laguna – The city government on Monday strongly advised against holding trick-or-treat and other Halloween get-togethers.
This is to avoid gatherings or activities that may violate the social distancing protocols being implemented to curb the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The Binan local government unit has set cemetery visitation schedules per barangay from October 24 to 29, and from November 7 to 12.
Visitors will only be allowed to stay inside the cemetery premises for a maximum of one hour. The bringing of chairs, tables, tents, food, liquor, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and sharp objects is prohibited.
