Apple unveils four iPhone 12 versions

We have four new iPhones headed our way soon, all of them have fresh new designs and support 5G. There's also a new HomePod mini, if anyone here cares about them.

Let's get into the iPhone details.

The iPhone 12 gets a new flat-edged design, similar to the new iPads. It gets a 6.1-inch screen with a resolution of 2532x1170 with 460ppi. There are two rear 12MP cameras, for Ultrawide and Wide. The front camera is also 12MP. There are three internal memory storage options to choose from: 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.

Right beside the iPhone 12, is the iPhone 12 mini. It features a 5.4-inch screen and looks just like a smaller version of the iPhone 12. Because it has a smaller screen, it's pixel density is bigger with 476ppi. Everything else, processor, cameras, storage, are the same as the standard iPhone 12.

The iPhone 12 Pro also gets a 6.1-inch screen with 2532x1170 resolution at 460ppi. It also uses an A14 Bionic chip. Three 12MP rear cameras for Ultrawide, Wide, and Telephoto. It's also IP68 and bigger storage options: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.

Last year, if you thought the Pro Max was massive, it gets bigger. The iPhone 12 Pro Max has a 6.7-inch screen with 2778x1284 resolution at 458ppi. Everything else is the same as the iPhone 12 Pro.

Apple has pointed out that these iPhones are their toughest yet, with the introduction of "Ceramic Shield," which they claim will better protect the devices' screens.

All four iPhones have OLED for their screens, which Apple likes to call Super Retina XDR display. They have IP68, meaning it's water and dust resistant. They are powered by Apple's new A14 Bionic chipset, which they claim delivers 40% faster than the A13.

That's all of the info Apple has provided yet. We'll be sure to give our full review on these products soon!
