More cops needed in Caraga to fill up attrition quota


CAMP COL. RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City - To complete the unfilled 2020 attrition quota in Caraga, Police Regional Office 13 (PRO 13) on Monday announced that it was calling on all qualified male applicants to
become members of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

The online PNP Recruitment Portal is still open for male-only. Applicants are advised to register and submit the documents on the website: https://male.recruitment.prss.pnp.gov.ph to register, it said.

Those who will pass the screening, and eventually take their
oath will have a monthly base pay of P29,668.

Those qualified to apply should be citizens of the Philippines, of
good moral character, must have passed the psychiatric/psychological, drug and physical tests to be administered by the PNP; must possess a formal baccalaureate degree from a recognized learning institution; eligible; and must have PNP Entrance (NAPOLCOM) and RA No. 1080 (Bar and Board
Examinations) – PD No. 907 (CS eligibility to College Honor Graduates).

He, too, must not have been dishonorably discharged from military employment or dismissed for cause from any civilian position in the government, must not have been convicted by final judgment of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude, must be at least one meter and sixty-two centimeters (1.62m) in height for male and one meter and fifty-seven centimeters (1.57m), and must weigh not more or less than five kilograms
(5kg) from the standard weight corresponding to his weight, and age.

The applicant must not be less than 21 years old or more than 30 years of age.

All interested applicants for attrition are advised to report to the nearest City Police Office or Municipal Police Stations to undergo ADHOC Screening, the regional command of PRO 13 said.
