Qatar Airways is now operating 28 weekly flights from the Philippines, making it one of the largest international carriers operating in the country.
In a statement, the Doha-based airline said they achieved 28 weekly flights in the Philippines since October 2 this year.
Throughout the pandemic, the Doha-based carrier is one of the very few airlines that remained in operation. Since March, Qatar Airways has safely and reliably repatriated over 50,000 people in and out of the Philippines. Overall, the airline has carried over two million passengers worldwide and has further established itself as one of the world’s most trusted airlines.

We are proud to be offering 28 weekly flights to our passengers and becoming one of the largest international airlines to offer such services from the Philippines. The airline’s variety of fuel-efficient aircraft and strategic network management has enabled it to quickly increase frequencies and resume services in line with passenger demand, providing more flexible travel options to passengers in the Philippines. Qatar operates 14 weekly flights in Manila, 14 in Cebu, and 7 in Clark.
With the airline’s network never falling below 30 destinations since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the airline has resumed services to many more global destinations including Hanoi, Lagos and London.
