Dwyane Wade still chooses to root for his former team Miami Heat over his best friend LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals.

The retired Miami Heat shooting guard posted his response on Twitter after several fans bugged him on which team he would cheer following the Lakers’ 4-1 series victory over the Denver Nuggets on Sunday.

Among those who asked was NBA legend Magic Johnson.

“The million dollar question is who will @DwyaneWade be cheering for?? His former team, the Heat, or his best friend LeBron James,” Johnson wrote.

Wade replied with laughing emoticons, “We call this a win/win but it’s #HeatNation over here!”

Wade and James has a long history of friendship. Back in 2011, James made his second NBA Finals appearance with the help of Wade. The duo powered the Miami Heat went to four consecutive NBA finals including two championships.

Wade earlier congratulated James for his 10th NBA finals appearance.
