Mayor Arman Dimaguila and Vice Mayor Gel Alonte led the launch of the project made possible in collaboration with Alay Lakad Foundation, Go Forward Foundation, Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Biñan and the local government unit.

Touted as the official door-to-door delivery service of the city, the program offers food delivery, mail delivery, and courier services within Biñan.

The project aims to provide livelihood opportunities for out-of-school youth while offering affordable services to residents who are encouraged to stay at home to help curb the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

Qualified riders were loaned bicycles to be used for the program. The delivery charge is P30 the proceeds of which will go to the riders.
