This is how Senator Panfilo M. Lacson assessed the negative effect of the power struggle at the House of Representatives and bickering among House members.

‘’Any way we look at it, it is sad and lamentable, to say the least,’’ Lacson stated.

The bickering supposedly over infrastructure funds of legislative districts lodged under the Department of Public Works and Highway (DPWH) could affect their timetable and derail the passage of the proposed 2021 P4.5-trillion national budget, Senate Minority Leader Franklin M. Drilon said.
