A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck Sarangani on Sunday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) reported.
The earthquake, which occurred at 8:41 a.m., was tectonic in origin with a depth of 63 km and was traced 208 kilometers southeast of Sarangani, Davao Occidental.
No damage and aftershocks are expected from the tremor.
