Popular YouTube vlogger Lloyd Cadena passes away at 26


The online world is in uproar with shocking news that another online content creator has died.

Lloyd Cafe Cadena, a  YouTube vlogger known for his witty take on daily life situations, has passed away at 26.

The announcement was made on his official Facebook page. 

 "It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the untimely demise of our beloved brother Lloyd Cafe Cadena. May he be remembered for all the joy and laughter he shared with everyone. My family and I ask for your prayers, respect, and privacy during this time," the post read. 

The 26-year-old is popular for his challenges, pranks, song covers, unboxing, hauls, parodies, as well as his collaboration videos with fellow content creators and brand partners.

Among his biggest hits is his collaboration with the Gonzaga sisters, Toni and Alex, which as of writing has already garnered 5.7 million views. 

Alex expressed disbelief with the unexpected passing of Lloyd.

She posted, "Rest in peace Lloyd Cadena... Saglit lang tayo nagsama para sa collab natin pero I witnessed how your mere presence can lighten and bring joy sa mga nakapaligid sayo.. Marami kami napasaya mo at hindi makakalimot..."

Since Lloyd joined the YouTube platform in 2011 he has garnered 3.08 million subscribers.

He always gives back to those in need in his own little way. 

A few weeks ago, Filipino YouTube pioneer Emman Nimedez lost his battle with acute myeloid leukemia.
