Kim Rasmussen and his alleged Filipino cohort Vinz Excel Sumatra, 23, were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Taloto.

The buy-bust operation was conducted by agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Bohol Provincial Office and operatives of the Panglao Police Station, Tagbilaran City Police Station and 702nd Regional Mobile Force Battalion.

The two men were detained at the Panglao Police Station pending the filing of charges against them.

Seized during the operation were 12 sachets of suspected shabu worth P17,000, a cellphone and drug paraphernalia, said PDEA Central Visayas information officer Leia Albiar.

Albiar said the foreigner was the subject of the operation.

The Danish national was capable of selling five grams of shabu a week.

Sumatra was allegedly the one who delivered and collect payments of the illegal drugs.

“According to the information, these two are also drug users,” said Albiar.

Albiar said the PDEA received reports that the Danish national would entice female locals to join them in their pot sessions in his residence and would take advantage of the women once they get high on drugs.
