The Villar group’s AllHome and Vista Residences have teamed up to put up Investment Lab as a means to help existing and potential condo unit owners with the interior design and furnishings of their new homes.
Publicly-listed AllHome is the country’s only one-stop shop home improvement store while Vista Residences is the condominium arm of leading integrated real estate developer Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc.

AllHome has a Ready-For-Occupancy and Corporate Sales team comprised of professional interior designers who are able to provide interior styling tips and relevant aesthetic expertise when it comes to furnishing a client’s home or business space.
In return, AllHome is able to generate sales as fixtures and furnishings used in the design are bought from AllHome.
AllHome has consistently reported top sales from its Furniture, Appliances and Hardware categories, which as of the first quarter of 2020 composed around 74 percent of its total revenues of P3.37 billion. Their revenue contribution in 2019 was about the same level at 75 percent of year-end revenues of P12.06 billion. The three categories individually generated sales at almost equal level.
