Angel Locsin apologizes to those she might've 'offended'

Angel Locsin has expressed regret for things she said might have offended certain people.

There are many ways to show support. Iba 'yung takot sa covid, iba yung ayaw lang talaga," she wrote on Instagram.

Prior to that, Angel wrote a cryptic post that read: “No one asked you to go to a rally. Obviously, you don't need to go out to use your voice for the voiceless."

Though she didn't mention any name, the 35-year-old called out that person or persons for making up an "excuse" to "save face" at the expense of those who, Angel said, are fighting for their lives.

Recall that during a noise barrage in connection with the denial of ABS-CBN franchise renewal, Angel attended and encouraged her co-stars to speak up.

Later, some stars reiterated their love and support for ABS-CBN, including Sarah Geronimo and Nadine Lustre.

Young actress Jane de Leon, who will play Darna like Angel did in the past, also made known her stand on ABS-CBN.

However, let us not forget that in the bigger picture, we are still at risk because we all have an invisible enemy to deal with," she wrote.

But before people assume there's bad blood between Angel and Jane, the latter posted a screenshot of a recent video call that included herself, Angel and Iza Calzado as if to say all is well and they're on good terms.
