Isolated rainshowers continue to prevail over PH

Most parts of the archipelago will experience rainshowers as the easterlies and the northeast monsoon continue to affect the country, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Thursday.

In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos region.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from northeast will prevail over Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from northeast with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
