PRC closes two 2 frontline services due to COVID

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the temporary suspension of onsite work and frontline services at the PRC offices in Morayta, Manila and Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City due to the implementation of preventive measures against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

In an advisory on Sunday, the PRC said the two offices will be closed starting Monday, July 6, after two employees and a transacting public tested positive in Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test for COVID-19.

The PRC said that a work-from-home arrangement will be implemented in the two offices to minimize disruption on the delivery of services to the public.

The commission said that the affected appointments will be accommodated upon the resumption of onsite operations on Tuesday, July 7.
