The 34-year-old singer and actor’s agency posted a teaser on social media that said Rain will be coming back on January 15.

On YouTube, a video teaser showed that Rain will be collaborating with Korean rapper Psy, who rose to fame through the viral video and song “Gangnam Style.”

Rain was a guest on Psy’s concert last December 23.

“This is the first time that I have collaborated with other singers besides Park Jin-young,” said Rain during the concert, referring to the founder of JYP Entertainment.

As part of his promotion for the new album, Rain will be appearing as guest on the TV shows “Flower Crew” and “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook.”

Rain’s last album was “Rain Effect,” which was released in January 2014, his first major project after being discharged from his military service in 2013.

From November 2015 to December this year, the singer held his “The Squall” concert tour in different countries including China, Japan and Singapore.

Rain also starred in the Korean drama “Please Come Back, Mister,” which aired from February to April this year.
